Marie Bonnin

Marie Bonnin’s work revolves around the printed image, a passion she discovered during her studies at the Arts Décoratifs in Paris. The image in her work is often altered, distanced by various techniques of recording and manual printing. Her practice focuses on contemplating landscapes and nature, striving to capture their myriad variations.

Literature holds a significant place in her work, coupled with an attraction to books and printed objects. Literary text, always present subtly or fragmented, allows her to draw her relationship to the landscape from lived experience to fiction.

In parallel with her personal practice, she develops a rich graphic universe by working on various illustration and publishing projects.
